What is the 10,000 Steps Challenge?

​The 10,000 Steps Challenge is a dynamic initiative that transforms daily physical activity into a motivating collective adventure. Inspired by WHO recommendations on minimum physical activity, this program engages your employees in an active approach to their health, while strengthening team cohesion. For 4 to 8 weeks, participants track their daily step count via a dedicated app, and contribute to a collective corporate goal. More than just counting steps, our challenge features weekly challenges, individual and team rankings, and moments to celebrate success. This turnkey program adapts to all profiles, whatever their physical condition or profession, and creates a positive dynamic that goes far beyond physical activity to have a positive impact on work atmosphere,engagement and productivity.
