The diversity of profiles is an asset that we fully integrate into our approach. First, we use diagnostic tools (such as DISC or MBTI) to map each person's communication preferences. Then we adapt feedback methods accordingly: direct or indirect formats, factual or emotional approach, individual or group setting. Our workshops include specific modules on "stylistic adaptation", enabling everyone to calibrate their message according to the recipient's profile, maximizing impact and minimizing the risk of misunderstanding.
