Movember is a global campaign in November focusing on men's health, in particular the fight against prostate and testicular cancer. In France, prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men, with around 50,000 new cases each year. Early detection, encouraged by Movember, is crucial to effective treatment. Men over 50, or younger if risk factors are present, are encouraged to discuss screening options with their doctor. This awareness helps to reduce mortality and improve treatment outcomes. For companies, participating in Movember is an opportunity to underline their engagement to the well-being of their employees, while addressing crucial health issues that can affect their workforce, thus strengtheningengagement and awareness within the company.

Since 2011, France has been celebrating Movember in November to support the mustache cause. Despite medical progress, men die on average six years earlier than women. Movember aims to reduce this gap through prevention and research into prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Everyone can contribute to this cause to improve the length and quality of men's lives. This year, the OuiLive x Movember Challenge supports this initiative, the only international charity dedicated exclusively to men's health.
