Why is onboarding a strategic lever for companies?

• Soft skills: in some cases, employees are trained in soft skills (conflict management, communication, etc.) as soon as they join the company.

Of course, it’s best to dilute training actions over time, so as not to overload the employee with information. Traditional learning formats (PDF booklets, Powerpoint) also have their limitations.
